When you are ready to start another mentoring journey just let your OKO liaison manager at work know, and they can resubmit you to mentor once again.
Your Journey 🚀
Over this 6-step programme you will work with your partner to clarify the confidence, direction, and application needed to transform what might seem like impossible goals right now into entirely achievable ambitions by the end of the course.
As you progress your mentor will mark each step as complete and provide notes on your session, including any goals and set tasks you have agreed together. You will find the notes at the end of each step you complete.
You will need to mark each step as complete before you and your mentee can progress to the next. As part of that step completion process, you will need to provide notes on your session, including any goals and set tasks you have agreed together. These notes will be made available to your mentee upon completion as a reminder for them of what was discussed so far and, more importantly, what they need to get done ahead of the next session.
You can find the notes form and complete button at the end of each step.

Your Personality Profile 💪
This personality profile is an opportunity to explore and understand yourself a little better.
Remember these results are just general indicators based on scientific analysis of personalities and a few other factors.
But we don't feel that you should attach yourself to any of the labels you are given or even choose for yourself.
We believe that knowledge, hard work, self-examination, and heart will ultimately reflect your future progress – and that this is just as true for mentors as it is for mentees.
